Kathleen Rice, RPT

Kathleen received her Bachelors of Science degree in physical therapy from the University of Florida in 1991. She is the founder of Physical Therapy Services of Brooksville, Inc., which opened in March of 1992. Kathy has 19 years of experience treating outpatient orthopedic patients and is familiar with the treatment of many conditions and injuries. She also has experience in TMJ, fibromyalgia, manual therapy, vertigo and hand therapy.

 

 

Suzanne Rodgers, MPT

Suzanne received her Masters of Science degree in physical therapy and her Bachelors of Health Science degree in physical therapy from the University of Florida in 2001 and 2002. She did her undergraduate work at Florida Atlantic University where she played softball. Since graduating, Suzanne has worked exclusively in the outpatient therapy setting.  She is the clinical director of the Bushnell clinic. Suzanne is experienced with all orthopedic conditions and athletic injuries.

 

 

Ryan Shirley, DPT

Ryan received his Doctorate of Physical Therapy from the University of Central Florida in 2010. He also has a Bachelors of Science degree in Athletic Training that was completed in 2007 at UCF. He did his undergraduate work at Lake-Sumter Community College, where he played baseball until transferring to UCF. Ryan is the clinical director of our Pediatric clinic in Sumterville. Ryan has experience with spinal injuries, balance disorders, and neurological diagnosis.

 

Samuel Tyrone Thompson, PT

Tyrone received his Bachelors of Science in physical therapy degree from Florida International University in 1999. He is the clinical director for the Brooksville clinic. Tyrone has extensive experience treating patients with Parkinson's Disease. He has worked in the outpatient therapy setting for the past 7 years. He has extensive training in Vestibular rehabilitation, Maitland manual therapy techniques, and orthopedics.

 

 

Kim Black, PTA

Kim received her Physical Therapy Assistant degree from St. Petersburg College in 2001. She has experience in other therapy settings, but enjoys the one-on-one care that outpatient therapy provides. She has extensive training in NDT, manual therapy, orthopedics and pediatrics.

 

Janet Coit, PTA

Janet received her Bachelor's degree in health and physical education from East Stroudsburg State College, and her Physical Therapy Assistant degree from St. Petersburg College in 1999. Janet has extensive training in kinesiology and exercise physiology.  She is experienced with a wide variety of conditions and injuries and has continued training in Maitland Mobilization techniques and manual therapy.

 

 

Diane Malecki, PTA

Diane received her Physical Therapy Assistant degree from St. Petersburg College in 2002. She has 8 years of experience in the outpatient therapy setting. Diane enjoys the personalized services that physical therapy services provides. She has experience with a wide variety of conditions and injuries. She has continued her education with courses on Maitland Mobilization, advances in total joint rehabilitation and utilizing Pilate's principles in physical therapy

Dave Wagner, PTA

Dave received his Bachelor's degree in Education from Indiana University of Pennsylvania. He received his Physical Therapy Assistant degree from the US Navy Health Services Command. He was in the US Navy for 20 years. Dave has more than 30 years experience in the health care field and 20 of those years in physical therapy. He has experience in joint mobilization, manual therapy, orthopedic injuries, and vertigo.
